Chibueze Anyasor {Zay} is an ex-collegiate athlete and an IFBB Classic Physique Competitor. He has coached various clients to be successful with both lifestyle and contest prep goals. He focuses on creating programs that work with your schedule and personal life. 

His goals are to get every client to understand how their bodies work and the importance of a balanced lifestyle and to take each person from where they are now to where they want to be.

He also coaches clients to be successful with their stage presentation and posing. 

Zay graduated at the top of his class with a BA in Public Health and is a certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. He is also enrolled in a nutrition program and is on his way to becoming a Registered Dietitian in Exercise Sports Nutrition.

As a dedicated Bodybuilding Prep Coach, I specialize in guiding athletes to achieve their peak physical condition for competition.
