We will provide nutritional guidance to help you reach your specific goals. This includes total macronutrients, food choices, meal timing, and other lifestyle recommendations.
Training Guidance:
You will be given access to our Training library and on our call, we will discuss the best split, exercises, set, rep range, and tempo that work best for you and your goals
Monthly Follow-up calls:
One 30-minute session call per month
A-team Community Access:
Access to monthly newsletters with tips, recipes, and health information. Access to a private online community for support and motivation

You will get a customized meal plan that is tailored to fit your lifestyle and specific goals.
Training Program:
You will get a customized training program tailored to your goals. Programs also comes with instructional videos for every exercise.
Access to A-team’s Resources:
Articles, videos, or online guides on relevant health topics (e.g., gut health, stress, training and hormones).
Monthly Follow-up calls:
One 30–60-minute follow-up session/month
Weekly Check-in:
Clients will fill out and submit a check-in form and receive feedback via Loom video weekly.

Add-ons:
Blood Lab Tests are recommended. For the first 3 months, an additional charge of $30/month is added to address any metabolic health concerns that may appear on the results.
